The role of inventory management in tracking and recording organizational assets is very important. Professionally managed inventory can also provide significant benefits for the smooth operation of an organization. For organizations that are quite large, manual checking of inventory items will take a considerable amount of time. In addition, there are many cases of theft that can harm the organization. By utilizing the use of the Internet of Things (IoT), research was conducted to create a device that can identify and record inventory items using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to make inventory management faster and more efficient. The ESP32 serves as a signal transmitter to the receiver and the data is forwarded to the web server through a WiFi Access Point, which subsequently displays the data on the web dashboard in the form of a table containing a list of inventory items with the last tracked time. The device can receive signals up to 15 meters with signal power level N0, N3 and N6en_US
