Pemilihan Supplier Batu Split Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (Topsis) di PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk.

Supplier selection is problem multi-criteria with different interests. In get chain maximum supply must combine relevant criteria with destination company. Very important for mitigate risk chain supply upstream Partial with build connection good Among seller and buyer for increase visibility chain supply and ability for resolve volatility high demand. Election suppliers this have role important for reach profit by sustainable with consider a number of factor like Quality, Delivery, Warranties Claim Policies, Procedural Compliance. Study this conducted for get selected supplier in accordance with method supporter system decision namely AHP and TOPSIS. Taking decision newly formulated by (Chun-Ho Chen,2020) with combination from weight AHP's collected entropy through Interview to each supplier is appropriate with design questionnaire and results integrated AHP weight with TOPSIS method which effective choose suitable suppliers. Type research conducted is study descriptive . Study descriptive this in the form of survey research , namely: research conducted for get the facts from existing symptoms with look for description factual for get truth In Thing this, researcher use instrument in the form of distributed questionnaire to the respondents. Respondent taken with use technique taking sample purposive sampling. On The AHP method sets 4 criteria that are classified as as the selected variable for be input to TOPSIS method for get sustainable suppliers. On TOPSIS method is obtained percentage suppliers with election obtained suppliers is supplier I (67.61%), supplier II (49.73%), supplier III (44.24%), supplier IV (32.82%), supplier V (32.82%), supplier VI (8.95%)
