| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the level of labor productivity for construction work in an environmentally friendly power plant construction project by PT. Cipta Multi Electricity National in Deli Serdang, as well as the results of a comparison of the productivity coefficients in the field with the current PUPR Regulation 28-2016. In addition, it is also to find out what factors that can affect labor productivity in construction work in an environmentally friendly power plant development project by PT. National Multi Electricity Creation in Deli Serdang. There are 2 types of research used in this study, namely descriptive analysis and causal-comparative analysis. The results show the level of labor productivity for construction work in an environmentally friendly power plant development project by PT. Cipta Multi Listrik Nasional in Deli Serdang based on each field observations (foreman, chief mason, rock mason, and general mason) were 88.5 m3/day; 88.5 m3/day; 88.3 m3/day; and 88.5 m3/day. The coefficients of each work except for the chief mason are greater than the productivity of Permen PUPR 28-2016, so the productivity of workers in the field is good, however, the productivity of the chief masons is not good. Factors that can affect labor productivity, namely the variables of work experience (0.001), wages (0.038), health (0.002), and relations between workers (0.002). | en_US |
