    Abstract
    Clean water is water that is commonly used for daily life needs and will be used as drinking water and can be consumed after being boiled first. In the supply of drinking water, an effective water distribution network must include piping systems, main pumps, storage facilities, connection housings, meters, booster pumps and other equipment. Pnetwork modeling water distributioniswater distribution network design with more accurate, fast and methodusedbasedkcomputer. Where in network modeling distribution of water with epanet will depend on data availability, time, application.The location of the research was carried out in the DistrictSiantar Martoba.From the 2021 BPS data, the population in Siantar Martoba District is50,350 souls. According to PDAM Tirtauli data, Pematang Siantar City 2021 The production debit produced by PDAM Tirtauli for Martoba District is 34.23 l/d, the debit of water used in Martoba District is 27.12 l/d.The number of PDAM customers in Siantar Martoba District is 4,282 house connections. The average use of water in the DistrictSiantar Martobaas big 109.44 liters / person / day. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using EPANET 2.0. The results of the execution of the EPANET program are that pressure in Siantar Martoba District it is still high due to differences in diameters that do not match. The drainage system in the DistrictSiantar Martobausegravity systemand the pipes used are of PVC type. Then it is neededreplacement of pipe diameter andadditionvalve PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) which functions to reduce pressure at a point in the network so that water in Siantar Martoba District can flow normally
