Analisis Perbandingan Keusangan Literatur yang Disitir Antara Tesis Mahasiswa Prodi Magister Teknik Sipil dengan Tesis Mahasiswa Prodi Magister Arsitektur Usu Tahun 2021

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in half life and levels the obsolescence of the literature cited between the thesis of the Masters in Civil Engineering Study Program and the thesis USU Master of Architecture Study Program in 2021. This research uses the method descriptive with a quantitative approach, the unit of analysis of this research is 14 theses 505 citations for Masters Degree in Civil Engineering Study Program and 8 Masters Degree in Architecture Study Program theses USU in 2021 has 417 citations. The research results show that the half-life of a master's degree Civil Engineering study program is 10 years, while the S-2 Architecture Study Program thesis is 14 years old. Obsolescence rate the thesis literature of the Civil Engineering Study Program for Masters Degree is 41.4% while the thesis for the Study Program Architecture S-2 as much as 35%.
