dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital on the work
engagement of teachers at the Karya Bunda Mandiri Foundation. This study uses the
independent variable Psychological Capital and the dependent variable Work
engagement. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 50
teacherswith an age range of 24 to 55 years. Samples were taken using purposive
sampling method. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection methods
using a Likert scale, namely the Psychological Capital scale which is based on
aspects by Luthans (2007) and the scale (Work engagement) which is based on
aspects of Schaufeli Bakker (2002). The results of the analysis of the value of the
determinant coefficient (R square) is 0.208, meaning that work engagement is
influenced by Psychological Capital by 20.8%. This influence shows that the higher
the psychological capital, the higher the level of work engagement for teachers at the
Karya Bunda Mandiri foundation. | en_US |
