dc.description.abstractThis research aims to acknowledge the effect of hustle culture on job satisfaction of startup workers in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with purposive sampling method. The sample of this research is 351 subjects. Data collection uses Likert scales, namely JDI (Job Descriptive Index) and Hustle Culture Scale. The method of data analysis is simple regression analysis method. Result from the research showed that there is a negative effect from hustle culture on job satisfaction, showed by the Sig. value of 0,000. The beta value (β) of -,506 showed the negative direction of the effect. The result concluded that the higher the hustle culture is, the lower the job satisfaction will be. On the contrary, the lower the hustle culture is, the higher the job satisfaction will be. The alternative hypothesis in this research is accepted. The effect of hustle culture on job satisfaction of startup workers in Indonesia is25,6% with the rest of 74,4% accounted from other factors not included in this research scope.en_US
