dc.description.abstractFuzzy logic is one method for analyzing systems that contain uncertainty. This method employs the Mamdani method, often kno wn as the Min-Max method. The steps of system design are (a) Fuzzification or construction of fuzzy sets, (b) Application of implication functions, (c) composition of rules, and (d) Defuzzification (assertions). The goal of this study is to figure out how much coffee should be produced at UD. Qoffai coffee in Bintang village, Jl. Fridayakkar, Sidikalang District. It will produce a variable for output the optimum production amount based on the results of research conducted with variables, input namely the number of requests and the amount of supply from August 2020 to July 2021, and the number of requests in August 2021 of 767 kg and inventory in August 2021 of 188 kg.
