A research was carried out on eggshell powder composite boards on a nanoparticle size. To obtain the size of the nanoparticles in the eggshell, it would be calibrated by using a furnace at 800 °C for the upcoming 6 hours at Ball Milling with High Energy Milling and measured in diameter with PSA, obtaining a size of 24 nm in diameter. This research was aimed to determine the effect of the variation in the volume fraction of eggshell fillers on the size of nanoparticles with a composition of 95%: 5%, 90%: 10%, 85%: 15%, 80%: 20%, 75%: 25%. It was later printed on a hand-laying method and a hotpress was used at 90℃ for 25 minutes to speed up the curling process. The composite boards were characterized to determine the physical properties (density, porosity, and water absorbance), the mechanical properties (strong impact, and tensile strength), surface morphology and the material element content (SEM-EDX). The results of the tests showed that the optimum physical properties for density was 1.082, porosity was 11,4% and whise the water adsorbtion test was as much as 5,15%. The optimum mechanical properties of the impact test were 12.163 J/m2,, 93,7 MPa tensile strength.
