Pengaruh Reward Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan Pasar Modern Kota Medan
Abstract
This study aims to see the effect of reward on job satisfaction among Medan City
Modern Market Employee. This research used a quantitative research method with a
sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The sample in this research was
Medan City Modern Market Employee with a total of 100 people. The data collection
method uses a scale consisting of a reward scale and a job satisfaction scale. The data
analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that
reward had a positive effect on job satisfaction among Medan City Modern Market
Employee, where the better the reward given, the higher the job satisfaction of Medan
City Modern Market Employee. The effect of reward on job satisfaction among Medan
City Modern Market Employees is 60%. The remaining 40% is influenced by other
variables that are not examined in this study
