dc.description.abstractTest object is an alloy of aluminum and magnesium with tempering treatment. The variation percentage of the material is 96% aluminum and 4% magnesium. Making process by casting, ie by melting the material that can be mixed and poured into a cylindrical mold. After the specimens so, lathing is done according to the size of the fatigue testing of the largest diameter of 12 mm and 151 mm length. In the process of fatigue testing, performed 3 weight variation test. Weight of 11.94 kg at 59.70 MPa yield stress, heavy 7,62 the yield stress of 53,74 MPa, 5,97 the yield stress of heavy 45,52 MPa. Fatigue test was also performed simulations using ansys 14.5 program and be in the know: the load gained 117,13 N 47120 cycles minimum fatigue life safety factor 1,2949 cycles, alternating voltage of 8,945 MPa maximum stress, the load 74,7522 N obtained fatigue life minimum 82565 cycles, the safety factor 1,7128 cycles, alternating voltage maximum stress 2,074 MPa, the load obtained 58,5657 N 135515 cycles minimum fatigue life safety factor 2,1106 cycles, alternating voltage is 0,00114 MPa maximum stress.en_US
