dc.description.abstractIn designing a plant system, we will not be released from the piping system. Pipingsystem serves as a medium for a working fluid flowing from one system component toother components. This piping system must be able to withstand all loads that work, namely the magnitude of the burden remains at all times (static load) and load that varies according to the function of time (dynamic load). Piping system's ability to withstand the work load so as not to cause the failure known as the flexibility of the piping system. Failure in the piping system may interfere with the piping system needs to be done to ensure that the piping system in a safe condition when operated. Piping system must have sufficient flexibility, so that in the event of thermal expansion and contraction, movement of the brace and the junction point in the piping system will not cause piping system failure due to excessive stress (overstress), leakage at the connection, excessive nozzle load (overload ) on the equipment (eg: pumps and turbines) is generated due to a force and moment on the piping system during therunning.en_US
