| dc.description.abstract | Broiler chicken is a type of broiler chicken resulting from crossing various types of chickens that have high meat productivity. With high productivity, this is a major factor for chicken breeders to always cultivate this type of broiler, including one of them is the development of broiler chicken farming business x. Based on the amount of production and the average consumption of broiler chicken meat increases every year. Therefore colliding with expanding the market by opening branches is one way of developing a business because in this way it can expand market share such as opening a branch in Tanah Merah, South Binjai. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the development of broiler chicken farming x based on the feasibility aspects of the study. Based on data processing, the projected income for the first year is IDR 75,080,997, and in the fifth year it is IDR 312,102,938. The IRR value that can be obtained from data processing is at 31%. Payback Period (PP) that is for 2 years 1 month. Meanwhile, the PI value is 2.5, so broiler chickens are feasible to develop. | en_US |
