    Abstract
    PT PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk is a company engaged in oil palm plantations and processing. PT PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk is located in Begerpang Village, Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The production of PT PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk in the form of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (PKO). Based on data from 2018-2022, the increasing amount of CPO production affects the quantity of waste generated. With an increase in the amount of production, the company must ensure that its production process activities can run smoothly so that it does not have a negative impact on the company's economic and organizational threats and has an impact on the environment around the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of a sustainable supply chain at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires given to 50 respondents. The results showed that economic performance, social performance, and environmental performance had a positive effect on sustainable supply chains, namely 37,7%, 27,6%, and 32,0%, respectively. Proposed improvements that can be given are on economic performance, namely conducting cost reduction to find, search, and cut costs that do not provide business benefits to obtain profits without having a negative impact on product quality, on social performance, namely building communities around the company that have the potential to meet the criteria as suppliers and establishing cooperation in community development, and on environmental performance, namely implementing integrated pest management techniques for pest control that combines various control methods with priority on the use of non-chemicals.
