dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see the effect of creative self-efficacy on innovative work behavior among employees in the Creative Industrie in Medan city. This reseacr was conducted using a quantitative research method using the creative self-efficacy scale compiled by Tierney and Farmer in 2002 and the innovative work behavior scale compiled by Janssen in 2000. The result of this study indicate that there is a positive, influence of creative self-efficacy on innovative work behavior of employees in the Creative Industries in Medan City. Creative self-efficacy contributes to innovative wotk behavior by 7,2% while the othe 92,8% is influenced by other factor not exmined in this study. This indicates that the higher the creative self efficacy of employees, the higher as well as innovative work behavior on these employeesen_US
