XYZ is a company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry manufacturing medicines and distributing them to distributors. This company is complaining about its supply chain performance, but until now it has never been measured on supply chain performance. The problem with this company is the incompatibility of the process at each point of the supply chain which shows the low performance of the supply chain at PT. Pearl of XYZ. The purpose of this research is to measure the supply chain performance of PT. XYZ at every point of the supply chain using a legal supply chain approach. The results of the calculation of the performance of the flexible supply chain at PT. XYZ obtained a value of 66.97 which is included in the Average category. Process Activity Mapping analysis obtained CT time of 7,971 min VA for 372,2 min, NVA 7224.9 min and NNVA for 374,1 min, so that a waste of 95.33% was obtained. Proposed improvements that can be given are replacing the container with a capacity of 50 kg, replacing a larger hopper capacity, implementing supplier engagement, using EDI software, and providing an expert who is able to operate EDI software. | en_US |
