Implementasi Penerapan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam Pemilihan Paket Layanan Internet

Abstract

This study’s aim is to measure the level of accuracy and effectiveness of applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in selecting internet service packages. The initial steps are creating a paired comparison matrix that will produce the eigen vector and the maximum eigen value. The first step is to create a hierarchical structure of the problem to be studied and then create a pairwise comparison matrix that produces eigen vectors and maximum eigen values. Consistency checks must be carried out when the determinants of weighting and hierarchical ratings are CR ≤ 0.100. Weight is the score given to each decision criterion to each decision criterion, to describe the high or low importance of the criteria in the decision making step. The result obtained from reserch using the AHP method are the most important criteria seqentually in the selection internet service package, namely the price of the internet package with a weight value of 0,42 or 42%, the quality of the internet network with a weight value of 0,323 or 32,3%, the operator card services with a weight value of 0,25 or 25%. Internet service packages in kota Kisaran Timur district, Asahan regenchy which are priotized according to the criteria that affect the sequentially are three with a weight of 0,359, telkomsel with a weight of 0,352 and xl with a weight of 0,348.
