Making coffee powder in the community is generally still done manually, so to overcome this, a coffee powder maker is made. This study aims to examine the performance of blades used with a different number of blades in the process of making coffee powder. This study used a completely randomized non-factorial design. The number of blades used in this study were: 2 pieces, 3 pieces and 4 pieces. Parameters tested were the effective capacity of the tool, yield, percentage of material left behind, fuel consumption and economic analysis. In this study, the number of blades that is best used is a blade with a total of 2 pieces. The results showed that the largest effective capacity of the tool (21.57 kg/hour) was for 2 blades (M1). The largest percentage of material left on the tool (0.267 %) is the number of 2 blades (M1). The highest yield (0.973 %) was for the number of 2 blades (M1).en_US
