Abstract

This thesis concerns the political capacity and democratic quality during covid-19 pandemic in 2020 Medan Pillwdo (Indonesian local Election.)The research mainly 1tudies how the political capacity and the democratic quality at that time are. The research employs qualitative method, and the data are collected through library research and inter-views. The research findings show that, as to the political capacity , the organizer of 2010 Medan Pillwda has managed to organize it well. Besides that, concerning the quality. it is indicated that the democratic quality of ZOZO sim,Jtaneous Indonesian local Electio.nreferring to democratic election. runs smoothly.
