PDAM Tirtanadi Medan as one of state commercial that its role on giving
service to society. On its operational form, infact required officials with their loyality
to run the mission and company efforts. This successfulness supported conducive ly
by working condition in organisation circumstance until capable to create working
process qualified and efficiently. Working circumstance conducive ly such as the
future acurate for employee, that could be created with its role and Human Resources
Division. The Human Recources role on creating working circumstance conducive ly
namely throughtout leadership, official promotion program including training and
official development. If these circumstance could be created by the organisation and
in this case involved to Human Resource Division, therefore, should give a large role
on producing loyality and official working discipline.
The Problems on this research is How Human Resource Division role
(leadership, official promotion and training and development) on increasing PDAM
Tirtanadi Medan official dicipline ? Knowing of theory that the research of the factor
which is the important thing that is dominan developing loyality and dicipline
employee.
Research is the showing to role of human being soucers to high loyality and
employee dicipline and the factor of dominan encourage loyality and dicipline .
That is theory used that thinks of theory about understanding loyality and
dicipline kind of the leader promotion of training and developmend.
This is the descriptive quantitative reseach with approach of the case study
supported by the survey method. The sample size is 88 people used in this
reseach . The analysis technique is used by multiple linear regression.
The analysis reseach shows could be known that Human Resource role
(Leadership, official promotion and training and development) significantly affected
(a= 0.05) to loyality increasing and official discipline). Even with the three variables
contain positively influence, however, official promotion variable contents the most
dominant influence to official discipline.
