Analisis Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Pantai yang Mempengaruhi Kerusakan Hutan Bakau (Mangrove) di Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

This research the sosial ekonomi aspect of beach sosiety who done mangrove tree cutting located at four subdistrict in Deli Serdang, namely: Hamparan Perak, Percut Sei Tuan, Labuhan Deli and Pantai Labu. The aims of research are: (1) To know the illustration of the mangrove tree damage caused by the economic and social need at the beach society the mangrove tree cutter, (2) To analyze the variable influence social economy of the cutter mangrove tree toward the mangrove tree damage. The decision of the samle is by using proposional Stratified Random Sampling this sample is 100 (one hundred) people. The collection of data is done by direct interview to the respondent quided to quesioner which have been prepared. The method which is used is the test of Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) by using the program LISREL version 8.50 by using t count and t table to know whether the variable which is got influence or not toward the mangrove tree damage.

The result of this research shows that the variable social latent consist of three in dicators. They are old (X1,1), the level of education (X12) and cosmopolitan level (X 13 ). Indicators old, level of education and cosmopolitan level is influenced significanly at the standart of belief 95 %. The value if t count each indicator continuously that is 15,833 (t table 1.96), 13,290 (t table 1,96), 11,175 (t table 1,96), 16,903 (t table 1,96). Economic latent variable consist of four indicators that is: family income (X 21), the need of mangrove tree (X22), employee in family (X2) and mangrove tree price (X2). indicators family income, the need of mangrove tree, employee in family and mangrove tree price is influenced significantly at the standard of belief 95 %. The value of t count each indicator continously that is 10,451 (t table 1,96), 15,231 (t table 1,96), 19,640 (t table 1,96), 11,562 (t table 1,96). The damage of mangrove tree latent variable consist of two indicators that is the decreasing of acreage large (Y), the decreasing of catch fish (Y2). The acreage large and the decreasig of catch fish significantly is influenced at the standard of belief 95 %. The value of t count is 13,820 (t table 1,960, 16,468 (1 table 1,96). Economic variable give bigger influence that social variabel as big as 0,381, the coefficient of economic variable toward the mangrove tree dain age is 0,401 positifly, it means the higher economic asect will speed up the mangrove tree damage.
