Pengaruh Implementasi Rencana Strategis Terhadap Kinerja Unit Kerja Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the influence of strategic plan implementation on the performance of departments in University of Sumatera Utara during transition era from state higher education to be state - owned higher education. The object of this research is all participants of the seminar and workshop on arranging the strategic plan of departments in University of Sumatera Utara which amount of 113 respondents. The data are collected by distributing the questionnaires directly (personally administered). While the method used to test the hypothesis is simple regression analysis by using SPSS program. Before testing the hypothesis, data quality and classical assumption are tested. The result of this research shows that the implementation of strategic plan is influenced on the performance of the departments in North Sumatera. The implementation of program and activity which is conducted in strategic plan actually could be increase the performance of department.
