The reasearch was meant to know the impact of the inflow capital current in
Indonesia to the monetary conditions. Using the monetary theory and through the last
reasearch, variables were observed in this reasearch wast the inflow capital current
as the direct investment (AMMJ}, portopolio investment (AMM2), other investment
(AMM3}, SB!, Kurs, Inflation, and money supply (Ml).
This reasearch used the data time series for the 2002-2009, per three months
periode, ast the secondary data of the Bank Indonesia and analyzed with
Autoregression Vector (ARV} methode.
Inflow capital current as direcat investment (AMMJ) contributed below 7
percent to the monetary variables which were SB!, Inflation, Money Supply (Ml),
either in short term, mid term, nor long term, on the other hands it contributed almost
10 percent for the Kurs variable. Inflow capital current as investement of portopolio
(AMM2) contributed lower under 9 percent to the monetary variables those are SBI,
Inflation, and money supply (Ml) int the three of the time periode as short term, mid
term, and long term. Nevertheless, it contributed close to 11 percent in the short term
and JO percent for the mid and long term. As the other investment (AMM3)
contributed 5 percent to the monetary variables those are SBI,Kurs,Injlation,and
money supply (ml) in the short, mid, and long term. Kata
