Pengaruh Ekstrak Bonggol Nanas dalam Ransum Komplit Berbentuk Pelet terhadap Performa Kelinci Lokal Jantan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pineapple weevil extract in complete rations on the performance of weaned male lokan rabbits. This research was conducted at Jalan Dr. Hamzah, Medan Baru District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province. This study used 16 local male weaning rabbits. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) using 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely P0 (complete ration without pineapple weevil extract), P1 (complete ration with the addition of 0.2% pineapple weevil extract), P2 (complete ration with addition of pineapple weevil extract 0.4%), P3 (complete ration with the addition of 0.6%). The results showed that the average feed consumption respectively P0, P1, P2, P3 were 74.35, 77.64, 81.91 and 75.60 g/head/day. Daily body weight gain was 14.91, 13.97, 18.05 and 12.83 g/head/day, respectively. Feed conversion was 5.09, 6.06, 4.64 and 6.00 respectively. The results of the analysis of diversity showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on feed consumption, daily body weight gain and feed conversion.
