Analisis Mitigasi Risiko Rantai Pasok Furniture dengan Metode House Of Risk (Hor) di Cv. Chandra Jaya

Abstract

Every producer in the industry wants the production process to keep running to maintain business continuity, but business management is not free from risk. Risks can arise along the supply chain from procurement of materials to delivery of goods to consumers. Therefore good management is very important to do. This research was conducted at CV. his research was conducted at CV. Chandra Jaya which is engaged in the manufacture of furniture. While undergoing production activities, there were obstacles experienced by CV. Chandra Jaya. There are obstacles to the poor quality of raw materials, requiring reordering, to changes in the number of orders that cause a lack of raw materials to carry out production. The purpose of this study is to identify risks and obtain mitigation plans to minimize risks that can affect the furniture supply chain. The stages of the research carried out are activity mapping, determining risk events, risk agents, calculating the Aggregate Risk Potential and risk mitigation actions using the House Of Risk (HOR) method. The results showed that there were 29 risk events and 24 risk agents. The results of the ARP calculation obtained 11 risk agents with the highest priority. There are 12 risk mitigation actions that can be recommended to CV. Chandra Jaya to address risks in the supply chain.)
