The dependence of UKM Khalisa Durian on durian suppliers and also the condition
of the availability and quality of raw materials has caused processed durian
production to not increase during the 7 years the UKM was founded. Khalisa
Durian UKM needs to measure the performance of its business supply chain with
the aim of knowing how the performance level of UKM is and knowing what parts
need to be improved. This study uses the Supply Chain Operations Reference
(SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The core process of
supply chain performance in SMEs is divided into 5 parts, namely Plan, Source,
Make, Deliver and Return. The results showed that the final performance value of
the SME supply chain performance was 76.21 and was in the Good category. There
are 4 KPIs in red and 5 KPIs in yellow. The grouping of KPIs based on color is
carried out using Traffic Light System analysis. The red KPIs were then given
suggestions for improvement, namely, making SOPs and regulations for running a
business, increasing product promotions, providing motivation to employees, and
being swift in responding to complaints from consumers.
