dc.description.abstractSpecialist Anugerah Ibu Clinic is one of the health examination clinics that has the basic values to always prioritize service, accuracy and reliability. But in reality there are still gaps with events in the field, the implementation of the general health examination business process experiences several obstacles in its implementation in the form of inaccurate results, long waiting times and examination results, long-winded processes and officer friendliness. The purpose of this research is to produce a proposed business process that is expected to improve the quality of service and the efficiency of the general health examination business process. So that re-engineering efforts are made to maximize the efficiency of business processes at the clinic using the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) method. The initial step taken is to test the efficiency of the actual business process, then re-engineer it with the ESIA (Eliminate, Simplify, Integrate and Automate) technique, so that the proposed business process is obtained which will then be recalculated for efficiency to compare with the actual business process. Based on the re-engineering that has been done, 9 eliminate processes, 8 simplify processes, 6 integrate processes and 7 automate processes are obtained. So that there is a change in the number of activities for the actual business process which amounts to 51 tasks turning into 30 tasks in the proposed business process. The total time of all activities has also changed from 450 minutes to 209 minutes and the actual business process throughput efficiency originally only amounted to 48.88% increased to 89.95% in the proposed business process.en_US
