| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of investment decision financing decision, dividend policy, disclosure of social responsibility and managerial ownership on firm value of the mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and also to test the influence of profitability as moderating variable in the relationship between investment decision, financing decision, dividend policy, disclosure of social responsibility and managerial ownership. The population of this causal study was the 39 mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2009-2012 and F1 companies with observations done for 44 analysis units (11 x 4 years) were selected to be the samples for this study through purposive sampling technique The data obtained were analyzed through multiple linear regression test and moderating variable was analyzed through residual text.
The result of this study showed that simultaneously investment decision, financing decision, dividend policy, disclosure of social responsibility and managerial ownership had influence on firm value, while partially, only the variable of investment decision which has been proven to have positive and significant influence on the variable of firm value. The variable of managerial ownership had negative and significant influence on the variable of firm value. The variable of profitability wasnot fully able to moderate the relationship between investment decision, financing decision, dividend policy, disclosure of social responsibility and managerial ownership with firm value, because its parameter coefficient value was positive but insignificant | en_US |
