This research study is aiming to investigate influence effect of person job fit
and resilience toward achievement motivation SOS Children's Village's
employee. The research involved 128 employees and data obtained using the
person job fit, resilience, and achievement motivation scales. The analyzed using
the multiple linear regression analysis, and the result, showed that there was as
well as the influence of person job fit, resilience against the achievement
motivation amounted to 24.7%. The result of this research sh1dy is expected to
provide an insight into how the person job fit, and resilience could affected
achievement motivation of employees in SOS Children's Village and how
organizations can increase the achievement motivation by considering at the
individuals suitability and resilience in a given task
