dc.description.abstractTo be able to obtain a model for settlement location that is appropriate for publics based on the noise factor, measurement of noise intensity level as a function of distance, temprature and wind velocity were conducted at industrial location PT.NIK. PT.TRD, PT.GSU, PT.HB. To Analyse the effect of those variables, the method used invalve kwantitative and defenitive analysis. The applied computation was based on the acustic phenomena, covering Doppler Effect. The result obtained shaws that temprature and wind velocity affect the sound/noise pattern of propagation. As a result fo determine a location that is appropriate for public sutterlement surrounding a industrial location in addition to the effect for distance, the effect of temprature and wind velocity are also important to be consideral.en_US
