Evaluasi Kinerja Operasi dan Pemeliharaan Sistem Irigasi Namorambe di Kecamatan Namorambe Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

The Namorambe system is a half-technical irrigation area of 1.036 Ha, in situated Namorambe District of Deli Serdang Regency which is still rarely evaluated for operational and maintenance (O&P). This study aims to evaluate the (O &P) performance of Namorambe irrigation system. The research was conducted from September to November 2022 in Namorambe District of Deli Serdang Regency using the field observation/survey method. Parameters used to determine the (O&P) performance of Namorambe are physical and functional conditions of infrastructure, water level adequacy, water level accuracy, government institutional management, fund availability, human resources and farmers. The results showed that the (O & P) performance of Namorambe irrigation system was moderate with a total scores of 1,29.
