Arah Pcrkembangan Fisik Kekotaan Kecamatan Porsea Mengarah Ke Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable City)

Abstract

One of the concept in planning of a city is sustainable development. The concept of sustainable city is derived from the concepts of sustainable development. Sustainable city derived from the idea that a city bas important role in sustaining the ecosystem. Kecamatan Porsea as one of a district which have potencies in wood industry and tourism can use this concept as an alternative to plan it's physical development. The sustainable city its self has a structure, which starts from macro structure with more emphasis in micro structure. The macro structure contain the qualities that depend to physical form and development patterns of a city. The micro shaped starts from a hierarchy of development such as clusters, i.e. from the smallest neighborhood to a town and a city together with its transportation system. The macro and micro structure of a city is very important for a city to meet a sustainable development in the future. In this case we use descriptive analysis's methodology which contain more investigation on the concept of sustainable development and it's application to Kecamatan Porsea. The Writer hope this thesis can be useful for Kecamatan Porsea and others district which have the same goal for sustainable development.
