| dc.description.abstract | In general, a problem related to ergonomic factors is caused by complete
disharmony between w<Jrkers and work envimnment, includ work e-quipm.ent
working without ergonomic pe1:formance will surely not be convenient and get easiley
tired and will eventually decrease produktivity.
The objective of the research was tofind <rut in i1?fluence of ergonomic factor:;
on weaving workers' work fatigue in Sfpirok Subdistrict, Tapanull Selatan Regency.
The research used cross sectional design, using multivariate analysis and REBA work
sheeis and interviews by using KA UP R..7 (Measuring Device for Work Fatigue) on 66
respondents selected by total sampling technique.
The result of the research showed that there was significant influence of
ergonomic factors such as age, the length <?f service, phisical fitness or the habit of
doing sport, awkward posture, force/ load, duration, and frequency on work fatique
in weaving workers in Sipirok Subdistrict, Tapanuli Selatan Regency, The variable
wich had the most dominat influence on l~'orkfatique was awkward posture.
It is recommended that the weaving on workers not get used to their body
posture in awkward style in doing their job and try to drink a lot of plain water in
