Neisseria Gonorrhoeae is a microorganism that causes Gonorrhoeae infection
which is the most important caused of sexral hansmitted disease. Antibiotic
resistance to gonorrhoeae becomes complicating in gonorrhoeae treatnent,
preventing and enidicafion.
Objective
To identift Neisseria Gonorrhoeae resistance to various antibiotic which isolated
from patient at sexual hansmitted disease dermatology division RSUP H. Adam
MalikMedan.
Method
This is a the descriptive study, cross sectional design. Twenty one patient
examined with Gram staining and resistance cultue.
Result
From 21 patien! resistance to penicillin in 18 patient (85,7W, cefixime in 8
irattent (38,1olo) Tetacyelile in 7 pafient (33,3y"), Ceftriaxone 5 patieil Q8,6y,),
Ciprofloxaoine in 5 patient Q3rBY,), and for others antibioties still sensitive to
various patient.
Conclusion
This study shows us that penicillin is resistance to almost patient (85,77o),
cefxime in 8 patient (38,10/.) Tetracycline in 7 patient Q3,3y0, Ceftriaxone 6
patient (28,6%), Ciprofloxacine in 5 patient (23,8yo), and for others antibiotics
