Performance measurement is a very important factor for a company. As long as the
performance measurement used by many companies only focuses on the financial
perspective. A new performance measurement system that measures four
perspectives in performance measurement. This research discusses the design of
strategy based on four balanced scorecard perspectives (financial perspective,
customer perspective, internal business processes perspective, and learning and
growth perspective) at business consulting firm. The aim of this research is to
design a performance measurement strategy by considering the four perspectives
of the balanced scorecard. Based on the research results obtained 15 strategic
objectives consisting of 3 strategic objectives from a financial perspective, 5
strategic objectives from a customer perspective, 5 strategic objectives from an
internal business process perspective, and 3 strategic objectives from a learning
and growth perspective. Based on the results of the analysis, 18 KPIs were obtained
consisting of 3 KPIs from a financial perspective, 5 KPIs from a customer
perspective, 7 KPIs from a growth and learning process perspective, and 3 KPIs
from a growth and learning perspective
