Evaluasi Konsep Zonasi Tata Guna Lahan pada Rencana Detail Tata Ruang Kota Medan 2015 - 2035 (Studi Kasus: Kawasan Pusat Kota Medan)

Abstract

This study aims to formulate evaluation of the land use zoning concept in the detailed spatial planning and zoning regulations of Medan City for 2015-2035, case study of Central Area of Medan City. The research method was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner by first examining the characteristics of existing land use in 2022 and then analyzing the current land use zoning concept in the detailed spatial planning and zoning regulations of Medan City for 2015-2035. The results of the study formulated three mixed land use development models in the center of Medan City, namely 1) Mix use in one building unit (vertical mix use); 2) Mix use in one area block (mix use superblock); 3) Mix use in a combined area of regional blocks (horizontal mix use).
