dc.description.abstractPT Agrojaya Perdana is one of the palm kernel processing factories which has 4 work stations consist of Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP), Solvent Extraction Plant, Refinery Plant, Pelletizing Plant. PT Agrojaya Perdana currently uses manual production system so that it is necessary to design smart manufacturing for operational planning as an improvement in utility and productivity factors. Smart Manufacturing is described as a data intensive information technology application on the factory floor that allows for smart, efficient and responsive operation. Smart manufacturing used is Cyber Physical System (CPS), Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) and Big Data Analysis. By using a smart manufacturing design, the simulation is obtained to increase productivity by 28%. Meanwhile, the utility factor at KCP increased to 90%, Solvent Extraction Plant to 22.95%, Refinery Plant to 35.31% and Pelletizing Plant 23.61%en_US
