Upaya Penanggulangan Over Capacity Narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas I Medan

System Pemasyarakatan represent a series of union of straightening of criminal law, therefore its execution is inseparable the than public concept development hit the crime. Ironically system pemasyarakatan is not accompanied with the repair of medium and prasarana in Institute Pemasyarakatan so that over capacity (capacities excess) happened the frequent convict. Research of about Effort Prevention of Over Capacity Convict in Institute of Pemasyarakatan Klas I Medan consisted of by 3 (three) problem, that is 1) What will be convict construction in Institute of Pemasyarakatan Klas I Medan 2) why happened the over capacity convict in Institute of Pemasyarakatan Klas I Medan 3) Efforts of whether conducted to face the over capacity convict in Institute of Pemasyarakatan Klas I Medan and also resistance which is in facing?
