Development of new oil palm factory without gardens have been allowed on the condition that the statement that there are no available land to build a new oil palm plantations and there is a written agreement between the company and continuing cooperation of the people for the procurement of raw materials. Apart from that employers are required to facilitate a community of oil palm plantations at least 20% of the processing capacity of the plant is installed.
