Strategi Komunikasi dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Terpadu Siduta Bagi Efektivitas Pencari Kerja di Kota Medan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the communication strategy carried out by the Medan City Government through the SIDUTA information system is able to have a positive impact on job seekers; to analyze the implementation of the SIDUTA information system capable of dealing with unemployment problems in Medan City; and to analyze the Medan City Government's policy through the SIDUTA information system is effective for job seekers. This type of research uses a quantitative research methode using a correlational methode. The population in this study were 100 job seekers using the SIDUTA information system at the Medan City Employment Service. The sampling technique was carried out using totally sampling so that the sample also totaled 100 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire using Google Forms. The research data were analyzed using cross tabulation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and F test. The results showed that: there was a significant positive influence on job seekers as a result of the communication strategy implemented by the Medan City Government through the SIDUTA information system; there is a positive influence on the problem of unemployment in Medan City through the implementation of the SIDUTA information system by the Medan City Manpower Office; there is a positive influence from the Medan City Government policy through the SIDUTA information system by providing effectiveness for job seekers.
