Because of the high rate of mortality in intracerebral hemorrahage, we need an easy and can be widely used clinical grading scale. During its development, the use of ICH score has been modified in order to find a model which is most approriate predictor in predicting mortality in Intraceberal Hemorrhage like Intracerebral Hemorrhage Grading scale (ICH-GS)
