Perlindungan Hukum bagi Pelaku-Pelaku Pasar Modal

Abstract

 The law protection and legal guarantee for the parties and advantage available for the investor is an important things for developing of capital market. This is a research of qualitative normative law in descriptive analysis. Normative means the research of regulations in capital market while the qualitative research that the data collected in symbolic form, verbal conception and not in statistic and graphs form. Descriptive analysis means that this research prepare description and a whole information of variables and tendecies of law protection in capital market. The objects of library research include of regulations in capital market, books, working paper, magazines, seminars, workshop, symposium, newspaper, bulettin, archives, datum, publication text about capital market. The respondent in this research are emitten, stock exchange members, brokers, investor, underwriters, custodian, administration bureau of effects, trustee and PT. Bursa Efek Jakarta. The result of research indicate that 90% (ninety percent) of sample give response 77,5 % (seventy seven coma five percent) of this respondents acknowledge and obtain the information about the law protection and the profit of investment in capital market. The conclude that the acknowledgement of law protection and profit of investment in capital market is good and sufficient. And it is necessary to prepare efforts in order to create and increase the conducive climate for the law protection.
