In determining the optimization of production quantities, factories must use mathematically correct calculations. So don't ignore the variables that are the steps to reach the maximum selling point. Wati Bakery is a factory engaged in the food production industry. This factory produces various variants of donut bread, such as original donut bread, peanuts, coffee, chocolate and chocolate nuts. Factories have difficulty determining the optimal amount of production with limited raw material resources. This study aims to determine the amount of production by optimizing the production composition, so that maximum profit results are obtained. By using the integer linear programming branch and bound method, which is a method that produces optimal solutions in the form of integers, based on the details and calculations performed, the optimal number of each donut variant is 4,329 packages. includes 1,500 packs of original donuts, 552 packs of peanut donuts, 833 packs of coffee donuts, 956 packs of chocolate donuts and 488 packs of chocolate nuts donuts, with a profit of Rp. 7,680,100. Profits increased by Rp. 279,100 from the factory's real data profit.
