dc.description.abstractThe procedures for granting and assessing credit by banks are generally not much different. The difference lies in the requirements set and the considerations of each. Procedures for granting credit to Islamic banks that must be carried out from the time the customer submits a credit application until the credit is repaid by the customer and for certain types of credit that have specific terms and procedures. Later, the installment installment process will follow the time corridor determined by the sharia institution through a mudharabah agreement, namely cooperation between two or more parties when the owner of the funds (bank) entrusts his capital to the customer. In principle, mudharabah is a contract of cooperation between the owner of the funds (bank) and a customer who is an expert or skilled in managing a productive and halal business.
