dc.description.abstract | The study aims to determine and analyze the application of ethics, communication and information systems carried out at Bank BTN Medan Branch Office. This study used a qualitative research method by interviewing five employees of Bank BTN Medan Branch Office. The employees of Bank BTN Medan Branch Office in each field will carry out different but mutually sustainable tasks. The role of ethics in improving the performance of Bank BTN employees is related to accountability in carrying out duties and authorities towards customers, and fellow BTN bank employees. This is implemented in the form of commendable attitudes and behavior to prioritize customer satisfaction. Communication implemented by employees at Bank BTN Medan Branch Office allows employees to establish good relationships between individuals so that they achieve good results in completing the work that has become their responsibility. The communication channels used at Bank BTN Medan Branch Office use the WhatsApp group and virtual meetings such as the Google Meet and Zoom applications. The information system at the BTN bank Medan Branch Office has a very important role in supporting operational, management and decision-making activities. Based on the results of research at BTN bank Medan Branch Office, the information system they use is through 3 applications namely iHome BTN, Intelligence BTN Employee Service (IBES), Zimbma. | en_US |
