dc.description.abstractStudy this done with aim knowing activity Corporate Social responsibility as a Public Relations program in build image company at PT Bank Sumut . Type method research used _ is method quantitative descriptive . As for the data used is the primary data obtained with deployment questionnaire and interview . Technique data collection used that is questionnaire with target customers of Bank Sumut and interview deep with one informant as the people involved in carry out the CSR program of Bank Sumut . Results study this showing that activity Corporate Social Responsibility as part of the Public Relations program in build image company at PT Bank Sumut in Medan already enough good in the eyes of customers and society.en_US
