dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine how the handling of incoming letters and outgoing letters at the Regional Development Planning Agency of the Medan Mayor's Office. To achieve clear and directed research, this research was conducted using qualitative methods using primary data, namely interviews with the head of the general subdivision of the Regional Development Planning Agency of the Medan Mayor's Office. The results of this study indicate that the handling of incoming letters and outgoing letters at the Regional Development Planning Agency of the Medan Mayor's Office is still done manually using an agenda book due to the lack of use of technology and has not found a suitable application. In order for the handling of incoming letters and outgoing letters to be carried out effectively, it is better to handle letters digitally to facilitate the delivery and receipt of information. | en_US |
