dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine and describe how the procedures for implementing good office management in supporting the achievement of organizational goals at the Bappeda of the Medan Mayor's Office. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques conducted through interviews with employees from Bappeda to obtain valid data and information needed. The results of this study indicate that office management includes the process of planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and conducting office activities properly as a whole to achieve predetermined goals effectively and efficiently. In its implementation, office management applied to Bappeda of Medan Mayor's Office in realizing all regional development planning programs, in accordance with the vision and mission of the Mayor of Medan which includes, the application of management functions (POAC) carried out to manage Bappeda as a whole in achieving targets, the implementation of office activities in managing archives and correspondence by utilizing technological developments to the maximum, as well as the application of a good office layout to support maximum employee productivity and performance.en_US
