dc.description.abstract | Research has been conducted on polymer concrete with sand, pumice, and corn husk fiber aggregates and zeolite as filler and epoxy resin using hotpress at 90℃ for 30 minutes, with the aim of knowing the utilization, characterization and addition of natural zeolite pahae in the ratio (1: 1) sand: pumice: corn husk fiber: zeolite with composition (50:50:0:0), (48:48:2:2), (46:46:4:4), (44:44:6:6), (42:42:8:8), (40:40:10:10) with epoxy resin (20,25,30) gr. The test results show that the optimum physical properties for density are 1.63 g/cm3, porosity is 21.1%, and water absorption is 20.4%. Meanwhile, the optimum mechanical properties in the hardness test, which amounted to 712.273 MPa, flexural strength of 58.839 MPa and compressive strength of 16.377 MPa. And the results of morphological and elemental analysis show the pores formed, the distribution of epoxy, and the elements that appear loaded elements in polymer concrete samples. | en_US |
