Karakteristik Nanopartikel C,N,F untuk Material Pembersih Air Limbah Logam Berat Cu dan Cr
Abstract
Magnetic nanoparticle material has been synthesized using the coprecipitation
method. The preparation process begins by mixing iron sand powder
with 32% HCl solvent. After that the solution was added with CoCl2, NiCl2, and
dripped into the NaOH precipitating solution (100 ml). The precipitate is washed using
distilled water until the pH is normal. The resulting precipitate is dried in an oven for
48 hours at T= 80℃, after which the solid is ground using an agar mortar in the form
of powder and calcined for 2 hours at T=700℃. In order to know the crystal structure,
magnetic properties, morphology, adsorption capacity, characterization was carried
out using X-Ray Difraction (XRD), Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM), Field
Emission Scanning Electron Microscopes (FE-SEM), and Atomic Absorption
Spectrophotometer (AAS). The XRD analysis results obtained the
phase which crystallized quite well with a cubic crystal structure. VSM analysis results
are hard magnetic with a coercivity of 621.35 Oe. The FE-SEM results obtained a
clean morphology with an average particle size of around 24.16 nm. The results of the
AAS analysis showed that the adsorption capacity of nanoparticles was 11.23 mg/g
with 99.86% efficiency
